  • I often experience sadness.  It comes and it goes.  It is not the sadness of feeling sorry for myself or feeling deprived.  It is hard to describe.   It comes with tenderness.  It comes when I experience something that is authentic, especially when I feel alone. 


     


    When do you experience sadness and what do you do when it comes?

  • ive had a great internal debate with the handling of emotion lately. For a considerable amount of time i stopped sadness before it really got any power. Recently i thought of this as preventing myself from being natural so i cut back on that greatly. Then i remembered the quote “the man of the dao stops problems before they become problems”. So now i find myself back where i was originally with the realization that there isn’t really anyone controlling anything.

  • Up my dose of Lexapro! j/k I ride it like a rollercoaster.
