I was gonna suggest science & religion, but it seems I_4m_bor3d has a better idea. That could take some time to study, so how about talking about the different religions? Or history of religions, that’s always an interesting subject for me.

Free Writing is an excellent suggestion. Sometimes being caught up in trying to have something of “Content”, puts undo pressure on you to perform. Personally, i really like the recent submissions of honoring the Child we have put in our life, as well as the Chocolate story. Something personal has something of heart to it, which taps into YOU, and shares with us, the reader, who cares.
Assume we are here, because we actually think you are interesting, not because of what you have to Teach, or Share.
